An Extremely Summery Looking Post
When I arrived at my friend's house for the first time, her gorgeous garden was vividly green and colourful. Not sure how I would want to describe my hardly touched garden in comparison to hers... Her backyard could be mistaken to be a part of the Botanic Gardens: swing set, an abandoned tree house, and lots of different trees and flowers etc. Being rather tired from homework revision, we decided to snap some photos since she was already dressed up and all. I wasn't though so I borrowed her black booties to wear.
When I was rolling up the jeans because they were too long for me, I was surprised that G- star had a number print on the right side when it was inside out. Can you see it? I thought it was really interesting and unique looking too.

High Tea
Dotti sweater, American Apparel skirt, French Connection belt, Boots from Hong Kong
Enjoyed my first ever high tea today, even though there were a little bit too much sweets for my friend and I to completely finish the tiers. I thought that the pastry was really tasty and that the sweet strawberries and custard tarts were deliciously. Do you know what I'm craving for? Quiches... (oh and sushi)
It was also my first time wearing out my lovely skirt from American Apparel! It was so much fun wearing it around because the skirt would just gently swish side to side as I was walking.
Well that's all for now, enjoy your early Easter weekend!

Bold Colours
Eleven Raindrops shirt, Valleygirl dress worn as skirt, Forever New stockings, Shoes from Hong Kong, Miss Shop bag
Knowing that winter will be arriving soon, I realized that one of the trends I'm really liking are bold colours in an outfit such as vivid purple, red, and blue. Bright colours tend to 'pop out' and make a dull winter day a bit brighter, don't you think?
On another note, ever felt like there is nothing new to wear in your wardrobe? Here's a tip if you don't know it already. Grab a dress and if you want it to appear as a skirt, then put on a slightly baggy top over the dress. Add a belt to it if you want, though it would really depend the top's style. If you however want to make the dress have the illusion of a top then wear something high waist whether it's high waist shorts, skirts, or pants/ jeans. I tend to do it a lot like here and here.

Bruno Mars
Friday. Last day of school for the term and Bruno Mars' Concert! The concert was really amazing, and now I admire and love Bruno Mars as an artist even more than before. His live voice was almost identical to what you would hear on the radio. The crowd definitely loved him and I hope he loved us too. One of the best concerts I've been too in a while. ♥

Dotti knitted sweater, Bardot shorts, Sportsgirl stockings, Globalize booties
If you were ever going to a concert, never, ever wear a sweater in the mosh pit... I wore mine because the weather was really cold outside and knowing that I had to line up for an hour or so, I had to keep myself warm. By the time the opening act was on, the atmosphere was extremely humid and I had to survive by sipping bits of my half- filled bottle, and borrowing a stranger's hair tie hehe.
Don't those stockings look so awesome? For the readers who don't read my blog often, there was a post where I used temporary tattoos to a birthday party here. When I saw the stockings though, I had to get them because fake tattoos can be such a hassle to put on and take off whereas these are so much quicker and they look so cool. I actually don't want tattoos in the future, I just like how these Chanel inspired ones look. Oh and I do see a few people with weird glances at me, contemplating whether or not the tattoos are real and whether or not I am even old enough to get real ones haha... sneaky.
Hope everyone had a great weekend, and since it is holidays now, I hope to be blogging a lot more often than I normally do!
